The Ragland Mansion is the ideal location for intimate special events:

• Capacity: 30 persons for sit down and 40 persons with combined standard and bistro tables.
• Ballroom (450 sq.ft), dining room (177 sq.ft.), front parlor (190 sq.ft.), rear parlor (195 sq.ft.) and outdoor patio.
• Event planning consultation, six hours event space block, set up and clean up time included
• Wedding ceremony in the ballroom (refreshments, decorations included/max 20 persons):$1000.00
• Event space, tables, chairs, linens, bar, cooler: $1500.00
• Event space, tables, chairs, bar, cooler, linens, china, tableware, glassware: $2000.00
Catering, entertainment, decorations, ABC license not included.
