Large event rates are as follows (lodging tax not included in pricing):
• Capacity: 40 persons for sit down and 60 persons with combined standard and bistro tables.
• Four stately rooms (formal ballroom, dining room, front and back parlors) and outdoor patio.
• Event planning consultation, six hour block for the event (set up and clean up):
• Wedding ceremony in the ballroom and professional photography services:$600.00
• Event space includes ballroom, dining room, twin parlors:$800.00
• Event space, tables, chairs, mobile bar, cooler: $1000.00
• Event space, tables, chairs, bar, cooler, linens, china, tableware, glassware: $2000.00
Catering, entertainment options, decoration consultation, and ABC liquor license for additional fee.
